You'll need

1. The only way to receive benefits or payments from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. (Deadline: November 27, 2026)
2. You need to submit proof, like bank statements or receipts, to show how much you spent or lost.
3. You can also provide notes or papers you made yourself to explain or support other proof, but those notes or papers alone are not enough to make a valid claim. (Deadline: November 27, 2026)
4. You can exclude yourself from the Settlement and receive no benefit or payment. (Deadline: November 13, 2026)
5. To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by November 13, 2026.
