- You can exclude yourself from the class action and the Settlement by mailing a written request that states you would like to be excluded from the Settlement. (Deadline: MAY 4, 2026)
- To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by MAY 4, 2026.
- Submit your Claim Form by DECEMBER 17, 2026 to receive payment from the Settlement.
