- Settlement Class Members must complete and timely submit a Claim Form, provide evidence of damages and make a claim for a sum certain not to exceed the amounts of the provided repair estimates and bills. (Deadline: July 28, 2026)
- Settlement Class Member and you must complete and mail to the Settlement Administrator your exlcusion request.
