You'll need

1. The only way to receive benefits or payments from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. (Deadline: November 11, 2026)
2. You need to submit proof, like bank statements or receipts, to show how much you spent or lost.
3. Class Member does not want to be part of the Settlement, they must formally exclude themself from the Settlement. (Deadline: October 12, 2026)
4. Class Members must also send a copy of the objection to the Settlement Administrator, Class Counsel, and counsel for Defendants. (Deadline: October 12, 2026)
