You'll need
- provide appropriate documentation for losses fairly traceable to the Data Security Incident for up to $5,000.00 per Settlement Class Member
- submit a Claim Form to receive a pro rata (proportional share) cash payment estimated to be $50.00 or more. (Deadline: August 5, 2026)
- submit a Claim Form to receive two years of free credit monitoring services. (Deadline: August 5, 2026)
- You can exclude yourself from the class action and the Settlement by mailing a written request that states you would like to be excluded from the Settlement. (Deadline: July 6, 2026)
- You must file or mail your written objection to the Court no later than July 6, 2026.
- To object, you must send your timely written objection with the Settlement Administrator as provided below by U.S. Mail to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked by July 6, 2026, stating you object to the Settlement in Sumner Davenport et al. v. LA Financial Credit Union, d/b/a LA Financial, No. 24STCV24021.
