Jones, et al. v. Lands’ End, Inc. Class Action Settlement

You'll need

1. The only way to receive benefits or payments from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. (Deadline: October 22, 2026)
2. You need to submit proof, like bank statements or receipts, to show how much you spent or lost.
3. You can also provide notes or papers you made yourself to explain or support other proof, but those notes or papers alone are not enough to make a valid claim. (Deadline: October 22, 2026)
4. Your proof or notes should show that your expenses were because of the Data Incident.
5. To opt out of the Settlement, submit a written Request for Exclusion to the Settlement Administrator postmarked by October 7, 2026.
6. To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by October 7, 2026.
