You'll need

1. The only way to get Settlement Class Member Benefits is to submit a timely and valid Claim Form. (Deadline: October 21, 2026)
2. If you elect to receive Cash Payment A – Documented Losses, you must also submit reasonable documentation for losses related to the Data Incident.
3. You can exclude yourself from the class action and the Settlement by mailing a written request that states you would like to be excluded from the Settlement. (Deadline: October 6, 2026)
4. submit your objection in writing to the Clerk of the Court. (Deadline: October 6, 2026)
5. You must file or mail your written objection to the Court no later than October 6, 2026 (Postmarked).
6. To object, you must file your timely written objection with the Court by October 6, 2026, and send it by U.S. mail to Class Counsel, Dartmouth’s Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator postmarked by or shipped by private courier (such as Federal Express) by October 6, 2026.
