You'll need
- If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive Settlement Benefits then you must submit a claim form by November 30, 2026.
- To receive reimbursement, you must provide (i) proof of purchase, and (ii) an affirmative written statement that it was purchased primarily because of the Data Incident and not for other purposes.
- You must submit Third-Party Documentation, such as receipts, to verify the costs you incurred.
- To opt out of the Settlement, submit a written Request for Exclusion to the Settlement Administrator postmarked by November 13, 2026.
- To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by November 13, 2026.
