Quick steps

1. If you would prefer to receive your payment by Venmo, PayPal, or another available electronic method instead of a physical check, submit the Election Form by mail, fax, email, or online by October 19, 2026.
2. If you wish to exclude yourself from the Settlement and keep your right to pursue your own claims against Le Moyne, you must submit a written, signed Opt-out Statement to the Settlement Administrator that includes your name, address, and telephone number and states that you are opting out. (Deadline: OCTOBER 19, 2026)
3. Your Opt-out Statement must be mailed by First Class U.S. Mail and postmarked, or submitted through this website, on or before October 19, 2026.
4. If you believe the Settlement is unfair or unreasonable, you may object by mailing a written objection to the Settlement Administrator, postmarked on or before October 19, 2026.
5. Your objection must include the information listed in the Notice, including your name, address and telephone number, the basis for your membership in the Class, all grounds for your objection, and your signature. (Deadline: OCTOBER 19, 2026)
