GeoTek Cybersecurity Incident Settlement

You'll need

1. The only way to receive benefits from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. (Deadline: December 1, 2026)
2. You need to submit proof, like bank statements or receipts, to show how much you spent or lost.
3. You can also provide notes or papers you made yourself to explain or support other proof, but those notes or papers alone are not enough to make a valid claim. (Deadline: December 1, 2026)
4. Your proof or notes should show that your expenses were because of the Cybersecurity Incident.
5. If you do not opt out of the Settlement, you may object to it by writing to the Court about why you don’t like the Settlement. (Deadline: November 1, 2026)
6. To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by November 1, 2026.
