You'll need
- To submit a Claim Form for a cash payment toward the purchase of a Differin Daily Deep Cleanser (5% Benzoyl Peroxide [“BPO”]), Differin Acne Spot Treatment (10% BPO), and Differin Maximum Strength Acne Foaming Cleanser (10% BPO) product, you must submit a Claim Form with all the necessary information and documentation, as required. (Deadline: May 19, 2026)
- To object, you must file your written objection with the Court electronically or mailed to the Court and posted on the Court’s docket by May 19, 2026, stating you object to the Settlement in Williams v. Galderma Laboratories, L.P., Case No. 1:24-cv-02222.
- To opt out of the Settlement, submit a written Request for Exclusion to the Settlement Administrator postmarked by May 19, 2026.
