You'll need
- To qualify for up to a Ten U.S. Dollars ($10.00) cash payment you must provide proof of membership in the Settlement Class with your claim submission.
- To object, you must file with the Court a letter or brief stating that you object to the Settlement in Brewer, et al. v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc. and Criteo Corp., Case No. CACE-26-008094 (Fla. (Deadline: November 1, 2026)
- To opt out of the Settlement, submit a written Request for Exclusion to the Settlement Administrator postmarked by November 1, 2026.
