- The losses must have occurred between January 26, 2024, and October 26, 2026, and you cannot claim a payment for expenses that have already been reimbursed by a third party.

- If you are claiming for reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Expenses and/or Documented Extraordinary Loss Payment, you will need to submit proof, like receipts, to show how much you spent or lost.
- The only way to receive payments from this Settlement is by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. (Deadline: October 26, 2026)
- To opt out of the Settlement, submit a written Request for Exclusion to the Settlement Administrator postmarked by October 9, 2026.
- To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by October 9, 2026.
