- To opt out of the Settlement, submit a written Request for Exclusion to the Settlement Administrator postmarked by September 24, 2026.
- To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by September 24, 2026.
